Extra Cold - Extra Plunges!!
The challenge is to do one Cold Plunge for Cancer Council this August - but because you can already catch me getting in cold water on a regular basis, I will be challenging myself to do a cold plunge EVERY DAY this August, yes even during a Ballarat winter.
Almost 1 in 2 Australians will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime and I've already seen too many of my loved ones get lumped into that horrid battle for me not to try to help out.
If you can, please support me on this ill-advised challenge to raise funds for cancer research, prevention programs and support services. Cozzie-lives makes it hard, but if you could spare so much as a 5c piece it would mean the world to me!
